What the group brings

Specialists for connected challenges.

Housing conditions, grant requirements, organizational systems, and leadership decisions often intersect. Keystone draws on qualified professionals across these disciplines to shape an assignment around the expertise it calls for.

01

Housing & inspections

NSPIRE inspection support for CoC and ESG housing providers, with clear documentation and follow-up. HQS services where applicable.

02

Nonprofit & funding

Grant and RFP strategy, program design, governance, policies, and performance reporting.

03

Executive & operational leadership

Practical guidance on staffing, accountability, controls, growth, and implementation.

Team composition, inspector qualifications, and the scope of each professional’s work are confirmed for a particular engagement.

Founder & principal consultant

Keyneica Jones

Keyneica brings over 30 years of public service experience spanning affordable housing and homelessness, community and economic development, federal grants, compliance, and audits.

Her work as a nonprofit founder and executive director adds the operator’s perspective: what it takes to staff a program, manage public funding, document services, respond to oversight, and keep an organization moving while meeting its commitments.

She founded Keystone to apply that combination of public-sector and nonprofit leadership experience to clients navigating housing, funding, and organizational growth.
